    Guests start arriving at the Greenslopes Bowls Club
    (aka "Club Greenslopes")

    Finger food will be served shortly after arrival time.

    - Lay the bowls down gently

    Formalities
    We are going to try get through some
    of the formalities (i.e. speeches) so
    that we can all chill for the remainder
    of the evening

    We will see how we are travelling for
    time, however we might start lunch while
    we do the speeches.

    Please allow elderly, families with
    children and individuals who have
    special dietary requirements to go first

    If there is enough food left, seconds
    will be available.

    Live Music
    The Hamilton Band will kick of
    the evenings live entertainment.

    We might need a quick hand to move
    some furniture around so that you
    can get your funky chicken and other
    groovy moves on!

    There will be some cake later on
    in the afternoon however this will
    not be a formal moment.

    So we might have this earlier.

    If we get the feeling people are
    getting a bit peckish, we will arrange
    some basic pub food like chips and
    pizza to be shared.

    even though the band is finishing up,

    Venue needs its beauty sleep too
    but the city is only a taxi ride
    or 5 bus stops away!
