- Make deck a bit longer than kitchen
- extend house by 600mm (make robe for bed 3)
- Extend bath part of bathroom only
- Leaves more room for access near stairs
- Enclose room under house straight away
- Two separate toilets with external sink/basin
- Two bathroom without toilet
- Big deck 5×5.5 or 6
- Possibly a door near external stairs. optional.
- Remove this door and add a shallow pantry (400 deep – leaves room to walk).
- Drive through garage
- 3m garage door if possible
- Flyover deck roof
