Few other guys moving on today. Tire pressure guy and Matt and Alisha. Kids played with those guys most of the moving. Went to the thermal pools expecting for it to really stinky with bats everywhere, but it was fine quite nice actually.
Then went to the museum and library which was ok. Lady running the place was friendly. Kids played in the library for a bit, couldn’t get them to leave mostly from air con I think.
The shop there was pretty good for a meat pie and a few other groceries. Kids had an ice cream as usual though it was a fight between that and rainbow popcorn. Went home and struggled to get the kids to do school work. Then headed off to try some fishing in the Roper. Saw a few fish, lost a few lures, caught no fish. Went back to booty springs where we saw some turtles, I even managed to catch one. I released it of course. Really quite and relaxing so we enjoyed this swim in the warm creek.
There was a decent bank on the river but we were still croc wary. Seb was pulling faces while pooping. Looking like that scene from dumb and dumber again where the toilet wasn’t working.
