Few things to do today. Car had a quick oil and filters done. Kids had a few early swims then did their school work for the day. Headed into town, Kylie went to the visitor center to work out our travel plans. We are still no closer to knowing which way to go to Darwin. Talking to people, doesnt help. Some say it is ok to go through the Gibbs, others say no way would they go. Most people that have gone through say it is ok, but things do break. Time is ticking on this choice though.
I took the kids to see the town beach where there is a nice jetty. Bit of fishing happening there, but there was a big shadow swimming around in the water. Locals say it is a tiger shark. I believe it. Few people swimming in the water further down as well.
FInished up some shopping at the mall then headed to see the dinosaur footprints. This was pretty cool, if they are real. Watched a beautiful sunset there then headed back to the town beach to watch the moon stairs again. Still realllllly busy. Kylie went to the market to get us some food. She wanted to buy a necklace but didn’t, then regretted it on the way home.
A sunset and moonrise withing the space of 2 hours. Mira cut her toe a bit getting mad and kicking a rock. Maybe she will learn.
