Bit of a drive to Imbil going back through Gympie. Google said there was a shorter way but took nearly as long. Not convinced. Had a really good burger at Kilkivan on the way through.
Really nice little campground here backing onto a creek. We went for a swim and it was surprisingly not cold.
We had a little fire outside. And that’s about as good as the day got. Mira put the electric kettle on the gas stove. We found the water pump in the van had been leaking at the filter, Seb got a bit sad about something, then managed to get Mira’s toe in the van door, Mira then got a migraine. Maybe two stops two many. Hopefully tomorrow has less incidents.
Saying all that, the kids were playing really nicely for most of the day which was pretty sweet. Although they did raid the trip supplies while I was waiting for Kylie getting some shopping. Cheeky monkeys.
