Drove over to the national Park. Yep. Full it Bunya trees. Apparently the nuts that grow here are only found here. They are pretty big nuts the Bunya nuts, apparently. I didn’t actually see one. Think Seb got some motion sickness driving up the windy roads.i wouldn’t recommend taking a van up this road. Lots of steep hills and stuff. Stopped at a lookout and gave Seb some ginger beer. Might have helped, hard to tell with him sometimes.
Firstly we went to poppies Cafe and had morning tea followed by a bird feeding. Heaps of king parrots made themselves at home on our heads. Ironically, they should bird seed but when we entered the national Park, lots of signs saying don’t feed the animals. Oops.
We played some kicks, sebby keeps saying “can we kick the footy ball?, cracks me up. Had a picnic followed by more footy ball kicking.
Had a quick drink at a cafe before heading to a house and carriage ride. Gotta say, the Clydesdales are pretty good pulling that carriage. Got some giddy up! Old mate driving the buggy have some insight on the short 30 min ride.
