The name of this post is overselling. Just a road side stop. The historical significance is that during the war, they got this connection to the threeways sealed to assist with getting supplies to Darwin.
Anyway, this is our first stop getting back into Queensland. After 7 and a bit months we are back baby!
Nice little spot. Seb was playing with his magnetic bullets and we were collecting iron ore and separating it with paper. There were little fowl birds running around. We also managed to get a few trucks to blow their air horns. Old school.
