Headed back to Cahils crossing. Wasn’t quite the show I was expecting, maybe the tide wasn’t high enough, but the Crocs came in numbers waiting for fish I guess. Few cars doing joy rides through the crossing. Got tried fishing, think a croc got his lure and he ended up cutting his line. I put Mira over the fence to get a drink bottle and the crowd freak out as though I was Michael Jackson holding a baby over the balcony. So went myself, no one cared.
Kids finally managed to get a truckie to honk his horn! Also, we saw the Crocs holding their arms out as of saying “back off, this is my space”. We were told yesterday they do this to sense movement in the water. Looks funny though.
Think we are having dinner for Poppy Steve’s birthday tonight. See how that goes and then we head toward the final stretch of the trip. It’s hot. Jump out of the pool and you feel hot hot, although I don’t think it’s over 40.
