20230916 Litchfield National Park day 4

Chilled out around the van then headed to the Cascades. The lower cascade was closed, we suspect either the track needs some work but think it’s likely cause they aren’t sure there aren’t any Crocs in it.

The upper Cascades probably weren’t the walk in this heat and not much shade. There was some signs for Curtain Falls which ended up being some redemption. Shady little water hole with a nice water fall. We went 100% sure if we had gone past Curtain Falls and were at the lower cascade. So that had us a little more cautious but once checking the sign when we got back, it was definitely not the lower cascade.

Kids insisted on the tent again tonight despite Seb swearing he wasn’t gonna sleep there earlier on the day.

Meet another family from South Brisbane. Yep, she went to Park Ridge High School as well, the year before me. Didn’t know her though. Mental note, assetaudit, Jansens. Brian and Julie.

Think Kylie got a bit too much sun on the walk today.

Kids are doing the “huonga huonga huon-ga!”. This is sung to the time of the conga , kinda rhymes with it too. Kids walk around with toilet paper in their butt cheeks. Not sure where this started. Think Seb started it. This isn’t the real thing, note that the undies are on in this clip.
