Went for a bumpy ol ride to Cape Perron and checked out a few spots in the National Park. Was brutal on the car. The point was quite nice, seemed to be lots of wildlife activity. About 3 hours of driving. Got bogged again. Ended the day in a natural artisan hot spring tub.
Had to let the tires down to 15psi. Pretty soft sand. 20/22psi didn’t cut it. Only in a few spots, but there was another car bogged and that stuffed me.
The hot tub was like 40 degrees. Just what this Queenslander needed with all this cold around.
We saw a turtle, think it was a green turtle judging by the size at Cape Perron. Kylie also saw a huge ray.
