Ambrose will be returning to the V8 supercar series
after spending 9 years in the US racing in the NASCAR
series

He will be racing with the Dick Johnson Racing outfit
that will partner with Penske racing from America to
form DJR Team Penske driving the number 17 in the 2015
championship.

He kicked of his return to the V8 Supercars series with a
wildcard entry into the Sydney 500.

Although the results may not look great on paper
he showed good speed and appeared to make a quick
transition back to the right hand drive vehicle.
